TAI CHI with George Wada - NEW CLASS BEGINNING SEPEMBER 18

Tai Chi is an exercise  that emphasize a series of internal exercise movements.  These movements will help the individual become rooted with the earth and connect with the heavens above.  We humans are the conduit between the heavens and earth.

In this class we will learn how to become rooted with the earth; then channel and receive the energies from the heavens above.  We will accomplish this through a series of meditative exercise.  Continuing these movement (exercise) one will then start the connection with heaven and earth, understand intent, and explore freedom.

About the instructor: George Wada is a prepared beginner in the martial arts...  meaning  he has some belts made out of cloth and colored black...actually he has a few of them, but that is not important.  What is important is the quest for knowledge.  With Tai Chi,  one will achieve some of that knowledge.
