MIDDLE AND hIGH sCHOOL aRT CLASS
Ages 12 and up...Taught by Zara Lidyard
Tuesday's 5:00- 6:30 pm
Students will explore a variety of mediums during the creative process and learn art techniques through modeling master artists. Elements of 2D and 3D art will be included, as well as combining the two.
2D will focus on the basic elements of art. Creating original art pieces on a two-dimensional surface using line, shape, texture, color, and space.
3D will develop spatial reasoning and technical skills to create origial design concepts into a tactile, three-dimensional sculptures and functional objects. Utilizing the concepts of form, space, and volume.
